organic iced tea, and plenty of water.

PART THREE* - REIKI AND ENERGY BALANCING

Relax in my Healing Room

Chakras are aligned and balanced allowing for the free flow of KI (energy).  Benefits may include mental clarity, reduced pain, and restful sleep.

Each participant will take a turn as healing recipient or healing observer.

While one participant receives a healing, the other will observe

and note any impressions, ideas or sensations

that may assist the healing recipient toward deeper insight.
